Re: Any 20 somethings starting Alli?

Ok, so as a single mom of an active 2 year old, and single income (in today's economic crisis...ouch! lol) Alli was a huge leap for me.  I am 5'10" and when I started i was over 180, now a few weeks later I am down to 174/173 depending which scale I use.  I was wondering if anyone else goes through the days where they eat the same thing (portion wise) as yesterday, but just can't get full?  I have had a can of chicken noodle soup with a grapefruit and 12-18 oz of water for lunch and I can't get full today...it's horrible because these are the times I feel like stuffing my face, but OIE!, don't want to be on the toilet for the rest of the night either.  I should mention that yes I had dinner as well....and no such luck of being full.

I have gone through days of being stressed, being depressed because I didn't watch my food intake and had treatment effects, and being thrilled when I stepped on the scale.  I just can't seem to find that happy medium to where I have a treatment free day...all day!  Any suggestions????

Thank you and good luck everyone, we are on the right path by being here and being in the mindframe of losing weight!!

I've learned so far in life to enjoy every moment and that you can do NOTHING alone, you must have support and inspiration!
