    Any 20 somethings starting Alli?

I am 27 years old. I am 5'2 and weigh 216. I have been over weight since the 5th grade. I wanted to start a post for younger people...in their 20's. I have read many posts and alot have been women over 40. I am going to need support from women who are going to have the same obstacles I am. (Like dealing with my size 2 best friend!) I am ready to look and feel fabulous. I just picked up my pills today!

Did you girls buy the Alli Diet book?? I got it at Barnes and Nobles and its around 300 pages. Its excellent. It even tells you how to build your self up to walking 40-60 minutes a day. It gives you food suggestions like Lean Cuisine meals and cereal. I am stoked.

Hi, I am 20 yrs old. I just got my pills today from Rite Aid. I just got married May 19, and we have a 21 month old baby girl. I weight 235, and I am hoping to reach 175. I am hoping to gain alot of support from people around my age on the message boards, and to hopefully have some long term friendships.

Re: Any 20 somethings starting Alli?

Hi! I am 21 years old and plan on starting Alli tomorrow. I am 5'6" and weight 218. I have already started dieting and exercise and lost 8 pounds, but am looking forward to seeing what Alli will do for me. I work all week so am planning on starting Alli when I have a couple days off over the weekend. I have a friend that wears a size 1 and talks about her weight constantly, so I am glad I am not the only one going through this!! Good luck to all of you!

Re: Any 20 somethings starting Alli?

I am 24 years old I weigh 198 and I am 5 feet tall. I am starting Alli this week. I am kinda nervous about the side effects but I have a flexible job and home life so I should be able to follow the plan pretty good. I am already eating healthy and working out 5 days a week with a personal trainer BUT I am not loosing much. I can not take other pills because they make me very nervous! I am excited to try alli and I hope to hear more stories from people especially my age group!

Re: Any 20 somethings starting Alli?

    Hey Guys!

I'm 23 almost 24 years old, i'm 5'3 and weigh 195!. I'm getting married in 9 months and I need to make change happen. I am not "new" to dieting, and eating healthy. I'm always on, or off the bandwagon with dieting. So if anyone needs any help finding low fat substitutions for anything, i'm your woman!

Lean Cuisines are AWESOME! I was a fast food junkie due to their convience. I can get the same convience with lean cuisines without all the fat and calories. They are a savior to me!

Re: Any 20 somethings starting Alli?

Hey! I am 26 years old and am at 180.  I have been about this weight for about 6 years.  I find I can keep the weight off, I just cannot lose it!  I put on the weight when going onto the pill.  I quit taking it, but the weight remained!    Would be nice to find clothes that fit and be able to buy a bra!  I want to get to about 150.

My husband leaves at the end ot this year for Iraq, I want to knock his socks off when he returns!
