    Somebody Stop Me

    Ok I'm depressed and I went out a 5am this morning and bought a box of donuts. I haven't eaten one yet but it's getting harder and harder.

    Have 1 bite of one donut and throw the box in the trash!  

    You will be ok!   Everyone gets a little blue.  This will pass. Don't use it as an excuse to fall off the wagon.  I had the worst PMS the other day and couldn't get out of my own way.   The next day, I realized it was just a short term mood.  

    Be strong, be beautiful, be in control!

     

    If you already ate the donuts, don't beat yourself up, just move on.

    I feel your pain.  Only with potato chip and ice-cream.

    Maybe you can flush them!  Might cheer you up that you didn't give in.  Keep your chin up.....you'll be fine.

     Quick - take a pill - then think of the side effects if you eat that box. Eat a bite or two but with a bunch of fruit to offset the fat percentage. Give the rest to the birdies.

    I do give myself a treat once a day. I am a chocoholic so have built in a chocolate fix. For me it is an Otis Spunkmeyer choc chip muffin. Very rich - 210 cals 11 grams fat - I know yikes - really bad......... but I have it after a very low fat meal so the fat % for the total meal does not go over 30% . For me it helps knowing I have that mini 'splurge'. Maybe you can build something like that into your daily menu?

    If you already ate them - don't give up or beat yourself up over it - we are all bound to slip up at least once. Tomorrow is a new day and you can get back on track.

    Think of how bad you will feel after.................

    You deserve more....................

    Save those calories for a better time!

    When I feel like doing something like that, I pour water on them - soggy them up - and then feed them to the dog.

    it would be different if you went out in the morning and bought yourself 1 donut, i would say eat it all or only half of it and throw out the other. but you went out because you were feeling depressed and brought home a box. now is the real test, can u just throw them all out? because they will not make you feel any better! i completely understand the whole binging moment, you feel great up until the last bite, then regret sets in. it's ok to indulge here and there, even if their are slight treatment effects. but you made a decision to  start eating healthy and exercising! and you can do it if you just keep fighting foward! food is never the answer for life's problems, talk to a family member, a friend, or even a complete stranger of whats bothering you, why u are feeling so sad.

     

    and even if u have already eaten some donuts, don't make urself feel worse, there's always tomorrow.. just dont give up and have the final goal in your mind.

    You need to control the diet and not let the diet control you :) Go ahead and have a donut, then save the rest for another day... Its ok to treat your self every once in a while but make sure you make it up by excersicing or cutting back for the rest of the day ;)

    Last Saturday, my sister "MADE" me take home part of uneaten very rich Chocolate cake. My favorite and biggest weakness. Everyone at her party took some home.

    The next morning, of course, I immediately went for the cake. I took a very small sliver, ate it real quick and then... kicked myself. I then threw the whole damn thing in the trash (there were also two cupcakes for my son in the box, too -- trashed! He didn't get any either. :)

    It's just not worth it. I've been to 3 parties since I started my pills two weeks ago. I never deny myself when there are sweets or fat-laden foods. I allow myself ONE-TWO BITES only. This way, I can still partake but I don't have a whole serving. I find I can stay in control for longer if I can just taste something rather than let it take over me.

     ASK YOURSELF THE QUESTION THAT I ASK MYSELF EVERY DAY... I READ IT IN THE BOOKS AND IT SEEMS TO HELP ME OUT..

    WILL THAT BOX OF DOUGHNUTS LOOK AS GOOD ON YOU AS IT DOES ON THE SHELF??

    AND YOU SHOULD FEED YOUR CRAVING... ITS OKAY LIKE THE OTHERS SAID.. EAT ONE OR TWO JUST NOT THE WHOLE BOX!!  SELF CONTROL IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS YOU CAN DO IT I KNOW YOU CAN!

    Take 2 Alli, eat the entire box, spend the next 3 days on the pot, & you wont do that again.

    Duct tape them to your stomach and thighs.  See the way they make you look to sleek and fit?  You might even want to take a picture they'll look so attractive. Then pull them off and throw them in the trash.  You'll feel so much better that you didn't put that IN your body to begin with.  Consider it the easiest weight you've never gained and lost in one day.
