Good morning, all!
I can't find the group, anybody out there? How is everyone doing? My first check in day is approaching (7/13) and I will have been doing the plan for a week as of tomorrow. I do feel better about myself, but the scale is not giving me wonderful results, yet. But, I actually don't care. I feel good about returning to walking (5 out of 7 days this week, 70 - 90 minutes each day), and I am definitely making better choices on food consistently, instead of sporadically. Chipping away at 50+ pounds of granite when you are 55 years old will not yield miraculous results overnight, right? Have a happy alli-day, everyone!
