i dont have a routine but im planning to ride my bike almost everyday. it is funny because i usually dont call a friend to play tennis; i always wait for him to call. today (and since i started this diet) i felt so motivated that i call him for a match. he couldnt. ;0)
next week...but i keep running my bike.
u know what sport i recommend for u all; speedminton. is like badminton but without the net. is very fun and one doesnt have to be good at it to enjoy it. is a good exercise and a lot of fun.
