I started the 14th and I notice that you are my height...and I was 190 before knee surgery but am 183 ....so we're close. Our goals are the same. : )
So far I have had no ill effects at all. Wonderful....
I am at 1800 calories and 19 fat grams per meal. I am ending up with 1700 - 1740 calories and 38 total fat grams a day. I walk 2 miles 4-5 times a week.
I am retired but do go places so....don't want any surprises. I am hearing that keeping within our fat allotment will keep away the so called "treatment effects."
I am looking forward to my weigh in next Friday. :)
