Im 5'2' and 147, I just started last week and didn't loose anything, but I'm trying. I need to be more consistent about writing down what I eat to hold myself more accountable, it is easier to go of if I don't write it down.
Good to know there are others like me out there!
There seem to be a lot of sweet tooths out there, Here's an idea
An apple cut up into slices, dip it into fat free caramel sauce (in the fruit section at the grocery store).
Great for the season! Maybe not the healthiest topping but a good tasting, fat free, no prep treat every now and then can't be that bad.
