&lt;p&gt;1C dried fruit - I use raisins or cranberries&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2T vanilla extract&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oven on 350.&amp;nbsp; Drop tablespoons onto cookie sheet sprayed with no stick spray&amp;nbsp; They will stay like they are, so if you want them to be flatter, squish them a little.&amp;nbsp; Cook 15 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Cool well and store in a freezer bag in the freezer for about 2 weeks at most.&amp;nbsp; 10 sec in the microwave will defrost and warm them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;makes 40 if you use exactly a tablespoon each.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;per cookie:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;cal: 45, fat:&amp;nbsp; 0.8g, protein:&amp;nbsp; 1.3g, carbs: 8&lt;/p&gt;
