I&amp;#39;m doing this weight loss in a sustainable way, and am learning exactly what I can eat and in what amount to realize a reasonable weight loss each week. &lt;p&gt;ok mr d11, see ya ,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; attn all people,,,the grass is always greener somewhere else, and the next site will do a better job at losing weight for you. mr. d11 will fail at the dailyplate and will give up. so be it. i lost three lbs this week and im six lbs away from 200 lost. im doing it by cutting back (heavily) on food and walking/ jogging 5 times a week. once again im here alone and thats fine. so ok me ill see me next week&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; DAN&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m new to this forum thing, bear with me. I started Alli on 10/23/09 and do the weigh-ins on Mondays. I started with a 102 weight loss goal shooting for a 200 final. My wife started WW and I am trying to do their point system along with alli. 9 pounds lost on the first weigh in on 11/02/09.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Would like people to communicate with and a support group.&lt;/p&gt;

DOUBLE SIX DOLLAR CHEESEBURGER&amp;nbsp; its bigger than the in n out 4x4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i used to like the double double &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;animal style &lt;/span&gt;,&amp;nbsp; but im back to the reg style now, {animal style-grilled onions, extra sauce}.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; salad is king&amp;nbsp; and diet soup is queen, but calories are god...you must of cut the cals. thats a good amount of lbs to lose in a week, but im gonna beat you to 199 , you aint got a chance,,,,,,, I WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK,,,GOOD LUCK&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;DAN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;p.s.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; the pills didnt do it, you did&amp;nbsp; {&amp;nbsp; 10g of fat minus 25% = -2.5g = 23 cals x 3 times a day =70 cals a day---------------- -1 lb fat =3500 cals&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i.e taking the pills for 50 days = 1 lb of fat lost&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; not much&lt;/p&gt;

Arghhh, salad...... I just never have liked it, I guess that&amp;#39;s why I&amp;#39;m 60 pounds overweight! I just got back from vacation in Cali and In-n-Out burger is what pushed me up to almost 240!! If I lived out there I&amp;#39;d be 300 at least. I&amp;#39;m glad we don&amp;#39;t have those here since I couldn&amp;#39;t resist them.&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#39;m starting our at 237, and hoping to drop down below 200, for an eventual goal weight of 175. Hmmmm, that sounds nice! I haven&amp;#39;t been below 200 for so long I can&amp;#39;t remember exactly when, but sometime in the early 1990&amp;#39;s I think.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Seems like Alli is heavily marketed towards women, but us guys need to drop pounds too!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now I&amp;#39;m off to find a better profile pic....&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; zuba,com on back , i lost three lbs this week, so im happy, i upset my diatician teacher when i asked her if she was ever heavy { no }&amp;nbsp;. it was my last class so who cares. i think i ate to much tonight { two pieces of chicken, salad ,veggies}&amp;nbsp; doesnt sound too bad, but its more than i normally have. well i got nuttin else to say sooo.....................bye til next week****************************DAN****************************&lt;/p&gt;
