The nutrition log is my life saver. I look forward to recording my meals to track my progress. It keeps me on track. My only down fall is to this diet is &amp;quot;NO&amp;quot; pizza/cheese, but I have yet to let my pizza/cheese cravings take over!!! I eat Lean Cuisine Pizza&amp;#39;s to curb my craving, but it is still difficult.&amp;nbsp;I have yet to start exercising and am hoping that the activity log works for me as the nutrition log has...&lt;/p&gt;
