I was a super tight 16 (should have been in size 18) and now I fit in size 9 baby phat clothes & by stuff off the juniors rack !!! I really want to get some before & after pictures for you all. I take ALLI everyday & no I have not always exercised everyday but try too. (I took off exercising a few months:)) BUT I always took Alli. I found as long as I took Alli I NEVER gained weight back. Yes I too have a free day here & there. Some of my fav foods are the brownie recipe with the pumpkin (recipe is online here) I eat the Smart Food popcorn in place of potato chips & they are sooo good. I eat frozen yogurt in place of ice cream & always try to eat it on a regular cone because a cone is like 15 calories & a cup of frozen yogurt is 100-130 calories. ( If I eat in a bowl it seems to cause me to eat more so I also use coffee mugs in place of bowls LOL) We also eat on smaller plates so it looks like more. IT REALLY WORKS !!! So don't give up there will be months you only lose 2-5 pounds BUT it will continue to come off IT TAKES TIME but I promise you it works !!!

Re: How many pounds have you lost?

Hello my name is Luis I have lost 21 pounds but theres something I have not used my Alli pills i try to stick to the fat intake but its kind of hard I do not want to experience the embarracing thjings that happen, but good job with your lost pounds and keep it up, try to focus on your goal and how you'll like to look especially for your sons if u have any, when they ask u to go out and play so u can go all the time with them instead of seating down,,,, you are the only one who can motivate you, keep it up.

Re: How many pounds have you lost?

Hello!!
