You cna take your alli up to one hour before you eat, during your meal, or up to one hour after and it will be effective.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You should try to take it at the same time in relation to your meal each time so it becomes habit and you will be less likely to forget. Also, don&amp;#39;t forget to use your alli Shuttle to keep capsules in your purse so you will have them with you when you are out.&lt;/p&gt;
