Website errors all week

Pages like the homepage and my personal alli page where i log my weight won't let me in.

I get this type of error, this one was from the homepage.:

No exchanges.

No Deleting.

I am trying to delete things I didn't have during the past couple of days or exchange other. Nothing. I get site errors.

I've tried with different browsers, cleared history, cleared cache, log off, back on.

Nothing!

Diabetes and Alli

Recently my husband was diagnosed as borderline diabetic. I currently follow the online Alli meal plan, and thought that it may be a good idea to start using the diabetic exchange features in order to support my husband in his loss. However I don't think the tool is working correctly. For breakfast I had cereal with 2% milk. I chose the milk option already in the list, but it is not listing the exchanges in the bottom section. What can I do to make it show up? And is it possible to manually add in the exchanges for custom food entries?

Workout Plan help

I changed my prefrences on my Workout Plan, and now it is not suggesting any strength training. I double checked to make sure that I checked that I wanted to work out 2-3 days a week at the gym, but still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey,

So it would be really handy if the following happened:

The "my recipes" list was in alphabetical order. That way I don't have to dig through pages to find what I want. I have quite a few of my own recipes on here.

The daily tally of consumed nutrients contained sugar. I'd like to monitor my sugar/carb intake and lower it.

Yesterday and today, I get a blank screen with the message "OK" if I try to add things to my meal plan. I haven't been able to use the tools under "my meal plan" to keep track of my food intake or to plan my meals yesterday or today. When I click "back" from the blank screen with "OK" on it or if I try to go to the myalli website again and then to my meal plan, the things I tried to add to my daily meal plan have not been added.

I see someone else described something similar around the 12th of October. I've only had the problem today (the 16th) and yesterday (the 15th).

Could you please let me know if this is a problem for everyone trying to use the site and/or when the website meal plan tools will be working again?

Too time consuming...Save a meal as a favorite meal and getting meals with favorites?

Hi,

I just spent forever adding all the ingredients of a meal. Is there any way I can now save it as a favorite meal automatically.

Also - is there any way to get your favorite meals to go in your weekly menu automatically so you don't have to change every single meal every week or every day?

This site would be VERY helpful if it wasn't so time consuming. I ended up going off my diet and gaining back my weight because I stopped using the tool to help me keep track. I stopped using the tool because I didn't have at least an hour a day to dedicate to adding everything and changing the weekly meal plan to be all the things I normally eat. Even carrying the week forward that you setup up previously would help a bit.

Deleting items

I tracked my nutritional intake on this site everyday a year ago.
I got pregnant and quit, and I come back, ready to pick up where I left off...and I can't delete any items off my meal plan.

Everytime I try, I get a server error, and re-directed to a blank page that attempts to load until the cows come home. I've tried using multiple browsers (Firefox, IE, Google Chrome), and they all have the same issue. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there something wrong with the site? Is someone working to resolve this issue?

Alli's Poor Website

The Alli website is pothetic, hard to use, confusing, and poorly designed, I have never used a site that has bee SO hard to use and non-intuative. I am very disappointed in Alli's site. I am glad that the pill isn't like the website or we would all be walking around with a pill and not knowing what to do with it!

I would vent more but I want this to get posted so I will keep it civil.

Word of advice to the Alli buisness, FIRE YOUR WEBSITE TEAM! ! ! !

I have missed check-in for the second week in a row due to an error message that comes up when I go to www.myalliplan.com. Of course I have not stopped receiving the reminder emails letting me know that I've missed check-in. Is there an issue with the web page? I have been entering my activity; however it when clicking on myalliplan and seeing the activity section it states I have not entered any information. I have chosen days for cardio and strength training. I also go into each day and click submit but still nothing. Am I missing something?

printing coupon

I'm new to myalli.com. I want to print the $10 coupon and went throught he process several times to get to the coupon. Finally got there and I have loaded java but when it went thru process it then said "printer not supported" and so I couldn't print the coupon. I want to go by my starter kit at lunch today but not without the coupon. What do I do? It is currently 11:10am CST on Sept 15. Thanks

I have also made sure I sign out each time that I have to log in before using the website.

Meal Plan Shopping List

I LOVE this tool! There is only one thing I would change. I would like to be able to click on an ingrediant and see what recipe it cooresponds to. I find sometimes there are things in the recipe I really don't like (like soybeans - yuck!). I will search through the entire weeks recipes without figureing out which one it belongs to, so I can't see what I might be able to switch it out with. Is that something that can be incorporated into a future version?
