&lt;p&gt;Plus the 100 calorie packs or an oatmeal packet with some&amp;nbsp; added raisans in it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i suppose you tried drinking a couple glasses of water..sometimes that works..&lt;/p&gt;
