&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yeah me!&amp;nbsp; It&amp;#39;s the little victories that will make me do this.&amp;nbsp; the big goals sometimes feel so far away.&lt;/p&gt;

My BF suggested pizza hut, so I went online and looked up the nutrition info. I was able to eat three pieces of a medium hawaiian on thin crust and still be in my limits. It was delicious! I have to say, we can eat anything, even pizza, as long as we pay attention to what is in it. Happened to me yesterday! My dad just &lt;i&gt;had&lt;/i&gt; to order pizza from dominos..and I looked up the one he wanted for the nutrition info, and there is a whopping 16g of fat in ONE slice. One! One slice has never filled me up. He kept saying one night wouldn&amp;#39;t hurt, but I didn&amp;#39;t cave. I made myself two (large) chicken tacos instead which only had 12g of fat and was much much more filling than 1 slice of pizza would of been. My husband called me and asked if I wanted a burger from Wendys I clearly told him no.So &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;to make temptations even worst he bought me a burger anyway saying he didn&amp;#39;t want me to eat off of his and guess what I &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;took one bite and realize I wasn&amp;#39;t even hungry wrapped it back up and went to sleep. Any other time I would have kept &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;eating until it was gone but its to much work to keep falling back into old habits and the treatment effects are not lovely &lt;/p&gt;

Needless to say, I could not and would not have any of that pizza, pasta or breadsticks. It was so hard saying no to all of that food, but I felt better about myself afterwards. Everyone kept coming up to me saying, &amp;quot;oh, a little pizza won&amp;#39;t hurt.&amp;quot; But they aren&amp;#39;t the ones who will be&amp;nbsp;suffering&amp;nbsp;in the restroom later or having to&amp;nbsp;walk on the&amp;nbsp;treadmill later.&amp;nbsp;Instead, I went to&amp;nbsp;Subway and had a veggie deelite sub (just veggies, pepper, vinegar, swiss cheese--on wheat bread of course).&amp;nbsp;I just kept thinking to myself, if I want to get to my goal weight, there are just some foods I cannot have, and food from Pizza Hut is one of them. I hope this helps&amp;nbsp;anyone who finds themselves caught in this type of situation. &lt;/p&gt;
