Personally, I don't think that anyone can really do too few fat grams. If we did, we would all be skinny minis already, LOL!
But think about it. This morning I had my egg white omlete with 1/2 ounce very lean ham and 1 tsp. of Lt. Butter. That still is about 5 fat grams even though it was practically "fat free". So with the Alli, it took away 2.5 of those fat grams which is better than nothing.
For lunch I will have Turkey *** on lt. wheat bread with mustard. That is about 10 grams of fat believe it or not. And I thought that I was eating fat free the 2 years that I have been on Weight Watchers and I am not really.
So go over your diet and see if you truly are "fat free". You may see that you are not, which is good! Low fat (olive oil, canola oil, fish oil) is really best. And if you are "fat free" and not losing, then the fat free products you are consuming might have lots of sugar for flavor which is NOT good!
You're better off getting your calories from "good fat" then from sugar loaded fat free products.
