The importance of a detailed subject line
“Help.” Although simple, this subject line actually tells very little. There are many things you may need help with, from checking in to finding your registration code. It is important to create a detailed subject line so that other message board members can easily find posts that refer to problems they may also have. Members can now instantly view an answer instead of waiting for a response. “Help- I can’t find my temporary password,” for instance, is a better choice than “Help.”
