I do - I bought the drizzled chocolate ones today and there's only 1.5g of fat in one bar with 90 calories -
Here's my snack list:
1. PowerBar Performance Energize Step 1 - Chocolate - 1.5g fat and 9 g protein - they taste like chewy chocolate and are really good! Hold me over for a few hours!! They are $1.00 each this week at Fry's (Kroger) Grocery.
2. Baby Carrots - sometimes with the no fat thousand island dressing (1 tblspn)
3. Cuties - Tangerine - so sweet and small!
4. Special K choc bar - YUM
5. 100 cal popcorn bag
6. hot cup of low sodium and low fat chicken broth - sounds silly but you feel like you are enjoying soup - keeps you warm and is very tasty and filling for me.
7. Banana with low fat PB
8. Wheat thin harvest grain crackers - 13 of them - 4g fat and they are tasty - wish I could find lo fat cheese to go on them - any ideas?
9. lo fat tortilla with a bunch of veggies and honey mustard (no fat too!)
10. Just discovered lo fat Aunt Hatties wheat bread (2 slices) not even a gram of fat (.5g) and 30 calories - for TWO slices - Bors Head Honey Turkey is .5g (that's right not even a gram too) of fat and 40 calories (2 ounces) with tomato, lettuce and honey mustarrd (no fat) - here's a SANDWICH with 1 gram of fat and lots of veggies! MY FAVORITE!
