    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

WOW!  I just made these yesterday.  The kids (6 and 4) LOVED them.  Thank you so much!  I only started taking Alli this week, but this recipe is helping me to keep that little "treat" around so that I won't feel deprived.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

My Dad and I have a Birthday coming up and was not wanting to blow our weight loss with a cake.  This sounds like something we can have and will enjoy!...and anything chocolate is a Plus!!  Thanks!

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

That's it.  Mix the two and bake according to box directions.  So simple.  So yummy.  I did sprinkle the top with mini m&m's to make it more appealing to my kids.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

Just follow the directions on your cake box to bake.  Just use the pumpkin and the mix.  Enjoy.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

Sounds great...but what size can of pumpkin? Should I use a small can or the traditional "big can"?

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

The small 15oz can is what I used.  I did have to bake them about 10 minutes longer though.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

Thank you , thank you!!  This was the best.  I made it in a 13x9 pan and added 1/2 cup of non-fat milk. (Too make more cake like)  It was as good and any full fat chocolate cake I have every had. Even better the next day.  My husband said it was not very sweet, but it was just right for me.  For those who like it sweeter could add 1/4 cup splenda.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

Hey, everyone! I actually tried this recipe on Saturday night while my parents were out. I had a sweet tooth and the ingredients, so I made them. I ended up having to add almost 2 cups of water to get the batter to a good consistency, and I put it into mini muffin tins. I ended up with more than 60 mini muffins! As for he taste, I'm not too thrilled with them. They're ok, but surprisingly my mom and dad like them more than I do. But on the upper hand, they have a great chocolatey taste, just not very sweet. And so moist!

    Hi,

So what did this taste like? Chocolate, pumpkin or both? I want to make this if they taste chocolatey.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

    Hi:

I am new on the program and I can't wait to try these brownies to satisfy my sweet tooth.  One question, please.  Do you drain the pumpkin before you add it to the cake mix?  Also, what size can pumpkin?  Thanks.

    Re: 2 ingredient brownies

A small can, 15 oz. or so will do it.  You won't be able to drain the pumpkin and don't need to.  Just mix together and you're good to go.
