Hello everyone,
My name is Noemi and I have been reading this forum for a couple of days and just wanted to join in to share too.
I work as an IT Manager and I too spend lots of time in front of a computer (not much exercise there!). I do make an extreme effort every weekday to leave my desk for at least 25 minutes during lunch and I take a nice brisk walk to get the heart pumping.
Then I work out for 30-40 minutes 4 times a week in the evenings. If you guys love to dance, then you just have to try ZUMBA. I purchased the DVD's online after going to a complimentary class at a local gym (it was cheaper then the gym membership!) It's got salsa, merengue, cumbia, plus lots more.
