    Quick Enchiladas

Taco Bell makes a packaged meal called Chicken Salsa Bowlz available at the supermarket.  It contains refried beans, rice and salsa chicken.

Mix the contents of the Salsa Bowl together.

Saute two corn tortillas in oil spray for about 15 sec per side.

Lay one tortilla on plate and cover with 1/2 of mixture then place second tortilla on that and top with remaining mixture.  Top with shredded jack/cheddar and microwave until hot and cheese is melted.

Chicken Salsa Bowl - 290 calories 6 grams fat

two corn tortillas - 80 calories 1 gram fat

1/3 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar or Jack - 90 calories 5 grams fat

    Tasty and filling.

    Re: Quick Enchiladas

    Hi Sarah,

My name is Noemi and I have been on the alli plan for 3 weeks now.  I have lost 5 lbs, but I feel it's a slow process.

I wanted to thank you for your recipe idea.  I LOVE Taco Bell and this will make a quick and easy lunch or dinner!

I don't know about you, but any diet plan I have ever tried, I lose the first few pounds pretty quickly but then I struggle to lose any more.  I end up giving up, because no matter how well I eat or how much exercise I do, I stay at the same weight...  frustrating, but I plan to stick with it this time....

Good luck on reaching your goals!

Sounds great!!!  Trying it for dinner tonight...using fat free cheese and warming the tortillas in the "wave"  saves a few calories and fat grams anyway...thanks for the great recipe!!

     GOD BLESS YOU ALL...STAY HAPPY!

Alli is known to work if you put work into the supplement. Ways to start off a healthy process is to make plans and set a stable goals. Your plans and goals are set by what you can do not what you think you can do. This best way to start is to have a support thats the truth because with out a person helping are by your side you get no where. Unless you are a super determine person. Having to execise and yeah healthy is good but with alli the product elimates all the fat that is asbored during consumption. If you dont eat fatting foods that contains little of grease the Alli will not work as affectively.
