    Re: CHEAPER than Lean Cuisines

I like the idea of cheaper frozen meals thanks.  To bring up my fat grams i eat 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter or more if i need it. I also use real mayo 1 teaspoon on sanwiches. I use mustard when I don't need any fats added to my sandwich.

    Re: CHEAPER than Lean Cuisines

This is only my 2nd day using Alli and I'm a little confused.  Do I have to eat my alloted fat grams at each meal for the Alli to work or will it work if I keep my fat grams lower?  Any information will be greatly appreciated!
