     4lbs that is great.  I started the Alli plan 12/31/09 and have lost 15 pounds with out any side effects.  I eat low fat but it seems I get to eat so much more on this diet plan than any others I have tried and believe me I have tried many!!!  I also had 50 pounds to loose now  only 35 more to go. thanks to Alli.

     15 pounds, thats great!!! I started about the same time.  My second check in I had lost 11 pounds, but this week I don't feel like Im loosing anymore.  Does anyone else loose the first 10 fast, then it slows up?

     That's really great. I changed my diet before I started the pill. I try to stick with low fat food as much as I can. There are times when I mess up but I know that the pills are working when I see things in the toliet. I lost five pounds before I started the program just by excersing and changing my diet and now since I have been on the pill I have lost 3 more. Its been a total of 10 so far. Currently I am getting ready to have a surgery so I can't be on the pill for two weeks and its driving me nuts not being on it. Staying focused on the goal at hand has got me here. Some days are harder than others but I know that I have to get it done. Its been almost a week without it and I think that I have lost an pound or so. You have to stay on track and look for whatever will help you.
