I am a nighttime snacker because I'm usually up until about 11:30 and I noticed that alot of others were worried about night time snacking. A couple weeks ago I asked the dietician about this and wanted to share the answer I had got. They had told me that snacking at night is no different to your weightloss than snacking during the day.
