So, I had my first weigh in on wednesday. I lost 3 pounds! I think most of this is just water weight... but I am still happy. Mostly because I feel like I can really do it this time. I am getting used to eating less calories, and I actually feel great about it... my body appreciates it, I can tell. I have more energy and feel like I finally have control over my body and the food I eat, rather than the other way around! So, here goes week two!
