    I would very much like to join the myalli plan.  However, I purchased my alli product from someone online and they did not provide me with the original packaging and therefore, I do not have the code required to join.  Is there any way I could get a code for my product?

    If you contact our customer service line at 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET , they will be able to assist you with a registration code.
