    check in

    I am unable to check in at all and have never received an email.  My check in date is Sunday and it won't let add my new weight.  I lost this week and want to post it!  What am I doing wrong?  Please help.

    Please be sure that you have your emails enabled. You can check this by going to "my account" and editing your personal details. Also, you might check your junk mail inbox if you do not have myalliplanemails@myalliplan.com added to your address book.

    Have you read your Step 1? Your first check-in will not be activated until you completely read through Step 1.

     I did all that and I can still not check-in .  Please help.
