I usually end up eating my breakfast at work. I usually make my breakfast the night before.
I have made oatmeal and added chopped almonds, chopped dried fruit that I have on hand (raisins, apricots, dried cranberries) then reheat it at work.
I have made my own Egg McMuffin. I toast an English muffin, cook 1/4 cup egg beaters, a piece of ham or 1 slice turkey or center cut bacon (that I cut in half) and 1 tablespoon shredded fat free cheese (or 1 slice). Sometimes I have used a real egg (because I was out of egg beaters) that I use my microwave egg poacher to cook the egg.
There are also contaitners out there where you put the cereal in the bowl and the milk goes in another section of the container and some even have an ice pack that you can freeze and then when you get to work you just add the milk.
I also make the fruit and yougurt parfaits that I put in a container to grab when I leave in the morning.
There are also lots of Breakfast cookie recipes that you could make also.
Just make your breakfast the night before and have it ready to grab in the morning.
