    Egg Free

So, in a world of fat free things and dinners you'd think being allergic to eggs wouldn't be a problem...but you'd be surprised just how many things do have eggs in them.  I don't know how many people have egg allergies but I know it's only been taken seriously within the past few years or so especially with medicines (egg cultured vaccines could be deadly).  But if anyone knows some egg free recipes that are yummy even for those who could eat eggs all the time then I would be delighted to hear them here.  I've also posted this same post in the lunch and dinner sections as well.

Remember: Egg Beaters are not a substitute because it's just a low cholesterol egg mixture.

Forget the eggs. lol  Try other wonderful protein.  I personally only eat the whites for the protein.  But, I love adding protein with the following choices to breakfast, lunch or dinner:

    • tilapia (prepacked per slice from sams or costco.)  I only eat one at each serving unless I am in need of more protein.
    • tuna
    • salmon with squeezed lemon or lime.
    • turkey bacon by louis rich
    • tukey balls with oatmeal ( I cook them in the oven  and add oatmeal to the batter. good protein with fiber) I cook them slowly in the oven and i have them for the week as a quick meal.)
    • Protein shakes.
    • Shrimp
    • Chicken breast

    Good luck - prada08
