You're doing great. I'd like to suggest that you also measure yourself as well as weigh in. Sometimes, especially if you're exercising, you will see inches lost rather than weight lost. Our weight can fluctuate as much as 7 lbs in a day due to hormonal changes, salt intake, water retention, stress, etc. For that reason I usually only weigh myself once a week.
