    Day eight for me

    I recorded every bit I ate for the 1st week and wow, how that helped me to stay on track.  I worried about any bad results if I ate to many fats, and I am happy to say that Iam not having any problems taking myalli.  I stood on the scale on the 6th day and nothing, BUT today, day 8, I dropped 4.5 pounds and my fat reading on the scale I dropped 2.5%  I really am hooked now.  I lost 30 lbs 3 yrs ago on atkins but gained it all back.  This diet is the more sensible way to go.

    I have similar weightloss habits...none...then...bam...a couple pounds.

    You're doing great.  I'd like to suggest that you also measure yourself as well as weigh in.  Sometimes, especially if you're exercising, you will see inches lost rather than weight lost.  Our weight can fluctuate as much as 7 lbs in a day due to hormonal changes, salt intake, water retention, stress, etc.  For that reason I usually only weigh myself once a week.  I wish you continued success with Alli.
