This is One of Many southern foods I love that I dont eat much of heres how u make it the low fat way
1 Head of cabbage make sure u cut the white middle part out
Cut it in Shreds (Rinse)
3-4 cloves of Garlic Chopped
1 Onion Cut in strips
Crushed red Pepper (optional)
Since oil is high in fat use pam Sautee garlic and onions in frying pan stir until soft Slowly add cabbage into the pan add 2 capfuls of apple cider vineagar NO MORE THAN 2 Add a 2 tsp of splenda to your cabbage let it simmer for 20 mins Season with Mrs Dash and Pepper The cabbage will be Soft but a lil crunchy. Enjoy:)
