    Activity Plan

How can I reset the activity plan? Instead of logging my activity, I edited the plan, so now it only shows those exercizes for the future. I want it to go back to what you recommend.

    TIA

    Re: Activity Plan

    Tia,

Please provide more information. Did you edit this in the "my activity plan" or in your myalliplan account?

    Re: Activity Plan

After logging into myalli, i went to my activity plan, where it lists exercizes for each day. I thought that it gave numbers of reps and sets for different strength activities, but I was trying to log what I'd done for the day, changed the stuff I didn't do to zero, not realizing that it then reset all those to zero going forward. Does that make sense?!

    Re: Activity Plan

Yes. However, I don't believe these were actually recommendations for your activity, just more of what their default setting was. You have the option to select your own plan in this section.

    Re: Activity Plan

I've had the same problem. I edited the plan instead of my log. And I plan on exercising every day and before I goofed it showed which exercises to do on which days, now all of them are set to 0. I've tried changing my activity preferences to see if it will go back, but it won't.
