Good choices for lean proteins are skinless chicken, lean cuts of red meat, fish, tofu, nuts such as raw natural almonds, walnuts, and seeds, eggs (especially egg whites), yogurts, hummus and nut butters such as peanut butter and almond butter!
The on-line dietician may be able to give you some helpful information, as well!
