Apple snack

I enjoyed this- it's simple but good. Slice 1 apple of your choice, then sprinkle with cinnamon and one tespoon sugar. I was HUNGRY and seriously relished it!

Purchase a box of the steamer bags - then cut up your apple, place it in the bag with some cinnamon and splenda (I don't use sugar). Baked apple - DELICIOUS !!

Make sure you don't use anything but real steamer bags for this. There's a post in the breakfast forum about somebody using regular Ziploc bags and those are toxic when heated.
