HI.
I'm working hard to stay within my targets. However, today's menus are short on calories but bumping against the limits on fat/sat.fats. So I added 1 apple, and the nutrition log calculated it as having added 1 fat gram, which put me over the top.
I clicked on the "apple, 1 medium, with skin" link in my snack menu for today, and the nutrition facts provided by Alli show there is NO fat in an apple.
Can you help me? I'm a bit frustrated!
