Dear People who make things happen;
I wanted to start this week for the first time using the meal plan. When I went to the shopping list I need to calculate for a family of four but could not. I figured I am on this plan for healthy living and want to fix healthy meals for my family. I can not fix something for myself, and then fix something different for them. But figuring out the recipe; example 1/2 tsp of curry = ??? , doing this for a recipe would just not work for me. Hope this idea brings some light on the subject of it not only about me but a healthy family too.
