I made a special dessert to celebrate my first check in. It was pretty, tasty and low fat. I'd serve this to company in a heartbeat. I substituted Splenda for the brown sugar to reduce the calories further (worked fine). Next time I'll try to sub out the granulated sugar, too. The recipe is from another site, and I don't know that they would approve of my posting it here, so I'll place a link.
