     How can one get their picture in the circle next to their name?

    Go to "my profile" in the upper right-hand corner. Select "edit your preferences" and you can upload a photo there.

    Your photo will not be updated immediately as it must first be approved.

    Just keep in mind the photos load very swayed to the left. I was pretty centered in the photo I loaded but it still semi cut me out.

    I think it actually is squashing the photo. If you upload a square photo instead of a rectangular one, it doesn't look squashed. :)

     How long does it take for the photo to be approved.  I sent mine in on July10th and so far nothing has changed?

    If your photo has kids in it - they won't approve it (or maybe if it's just of children - I tried to put in a pic of my 2 grandbabies and they wouldn't approve it) or if your picture is to big, it won't load.
