    Adding a meal selection to the log

    Is it possible to add a meal in the meal plan directly to the log?  I have been using the nutrition information located with the recipe, and then adding it to the log using the difine new food tab.  If the information is already figured for Alli recipes, isn't there a way to just add the meal selection to the log?
