Posting At Work ??

OK ... so how many of us log onto the internet and read/post to Alli while at our desks ??

Here goes my hand as well.....I would just say "It is work related.....Our wellness program in our benefit package asks us for our BMI when we apply and we are charged a premium if over 30 BMI...soooo I am working to keep my BMI at a normal level." They do offer weight program sites, so I just choose to select my own....lol.

Wow - a wellness program ... you'd think a nursing home would offer something of the such !! I do like your reasoning though :)

Ahhhh 12:19pm and here at my desk - going to lunch in about 1/2 hour (when my coverage gets done with hers) .. I'll just walk about like a lost person, I didn't bring a lunch and not much else to do !!!

Slow day today - so I've been surfing for recipe's and ideas in general. Trying to psych myself up to go home this afternoon and clean/organize the basement - we're converting it to an efficiency apt. for my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter ! I know . I know .. I'm INSANE hahaha

OK since I work at home I would have to raise my hand hehe, being silly here I know. Just figured I'd offer this bit of happy news to all of you. It's friday and most of you get to punch out and go home for the weekend, I however live my job and cannot punch out.

So HAPPY WEEKEND to you all and enjoy yourselves. I have a bridal shower to worry about. So off shopping I must go and I HATE to shop.

Well, here I go again - posting from work :-) I've been so well behaved this week, too (up until today)

Right now I'm counting down the minutes until lunch - it's only 10am right now, but I take lunch with my friends at 10:30 so it's almost time!!
