    New recipes

     I really dislike the taste of strawberries and bananas but I love smoothies how can I get the thicknees in my smoothies without adding the bananas. Also, how do I edit the recipes so I do not get the ones with strawberries and bananas.

     Hi there!

    You can add plain non fat yogurt, or baby rice cereal that you would give to an infant. I usually just add lots of ice.

     If you put a lot of ice in your smoothie it will thicken it very nicely with of course no fat or calories. Add some nice ground flax and molasses for iron. Good luck.
