    Need a reminder

    Hi Friends-

    I am back on alli after taking a long leave of absense....I don't know why I ever stopped because I was doing so well (down 15 lbs at that time).  Anyhow, I am back and ready for the commitment.  I just need a little refresher.  If the meal has less than 5 grams of fat, do I still take the pill.  Most of my breakfasts consist of less than 5 grams and I don't think I took the pill with it in the past.  Just wondering since I don't want to waste any pills.  Thanks! -Mel

     no need to take a pill if fat grams are under 5...the key is to get your fat grams in as close to your allotment ass possible... peanut butter, almonds, olives, avacados,walnuts..good fats --read betty kovaks why you need to get your fats in..its very helpful......good luck,  kathy

    Hi mpereira16,

    Welcome back!  You need the commitment and motivation to get you to goal, and you will get there!

    You need not take the pill if your meal is less than 5 gram of fat since you will be blocking minimal calories.  You will see more rapid results though if you are following the plan and taking the 3 pills per day (same amount of calories just more balance with the fat). Just the addition of a couple of nuts can get you there.
