     Hi, I'm 31. Starting on my send week. I have a goals to loose 57 pounds and would love to get encouragment and give encouragement because it is hard to diet.  Look forward to hearing from you.

    Welcome to the board! Once you sign in you will see that the forums boards are broken down by age so you may want to join in on the board for your age group. There are also lots of great ongoing groups on the personal experiences board that you may want to join.
