Muscle weighs more than fat. Are you working out at all? exercising more? I know that my scale is Evil and doesn't reflect how I feel at all! I too have been eating better, exercising more and fitting into my clothes much better. Things in the mirror definitely LOOK different. Its like things have shifted just enough to make me think I'm nuts..... because the scale doesn't say anything is different! First week- nothing! Second week- two pounds! But one pair of jeans fits and the other is all floppy and saggy and I can't even wear them anymore!
I'm sticking with it though, cuz how I feel far out weighs my Evil Scale!
