    Instant Messaging (IM) would be a great help, making it easier to say in contact with friends (my circle) that are there for support.  Is there any hope of ALLI creating an IM system?????

     I agree, and there are discussions about this for a later enhancement.

     Wow that is wonderful news I hope that they are seriously considering it and I know from others that I have written to that this would be an awesome feature.
