So im a little hesitant to buy the 90 count caps. for $50.00.  Im afraid that they will not work.  How long does it take to see any results.  Im 25 and weigh 190 lbs., im tired of this weight I want to lose like 25 lbs. or so.  It sounds like the product will work but that a lot of money.  Can anyone re-asure me on this.  I have the 10 off and walgreens has it on sale and my coupon expires today.  Thank  you if you can help me!

 I just purchased this product and been taking it for 4 weeks now. I've lost 10 lbs. I've increased my exercise plan, lower my calorie intake, and feel great. It's alot of money, but start with the starter pack which is about $36.00 and see how it works for you. I was scared because I've tried so many things, but this really works for me. I'm now on my refill pack but I will continue to use it until I reach my goal.

Every 10lbs I lose I buy myself a gift. I love my new shoe!

 I also have only been taking this product for a short while.. I hava lost a couple of pound but I feel better. Just give it a try I think youll like it..

 I've also just started the plan 7/5 and have lost 6lbs so far.  I purchased the starter pack to start out with, but since I feel great and am getting good results I will go for the larger refill next time.  As they say...try it, you'll like it!

 I just started also - and I lost 4.5 lbs the 1st week.  I am keeping up with the diet and the exercise - and it is working!  Give it a try.  I remember 190 (that was a while ago and a weight I would like to see again some time soon).  Give it a try and see what happens (that is all I can say).

You have to be committed though - I log all my food and plan ahead... I log my exercise and the whole thing... I think you have work with the total plan or you may not be getting the right balance.  Just my thoughts - good luck!
