On Monday the scale actually said that i lost another lb, so that would be 2lbs in the last few weeks, but yesterday and today i haven't been doing as well with the eating part. Tommorrow the 3 sibling are coming for another visit, and then are suppose to move in next week. i actually do better when i'm busy withe the kids, even though they are snacking i can't eat it because most of the snacks the kids eat have gluten in them, and by the time i get them to bed and have sometime for myself, i'm to tired to want to bother with eating, so i just go to sleep.

hope everyone is doing well, i'm really enjoying the great weather we are having today 72 and sunny, tommorrow it's suppose to hit 79, then temps. start dropping again, it was 47 this morning yuck!  when i finally get all my kids raised i plan on living in Florida for the winter, don't get me wrong i still enjoy snowmobling, and sledding with the kids, and snow on the ground for Christmas but after i enjoy those few days of snow i'm ready for warm weather and sunshine(I have seasonal affect disorder, so i end up feeling Glum most of the winter)

 Hi Patty, your emotions must go up and down like a roller coaster with the babies coming and going.  You are one tough mama!  I think the seasonal affect disorder you have is something that is fairly common and has to do with the absence of light.  I forget what my friend who has it called it (photo something).  Anyway he said there are special light bulbs you can buy at Home Depot. or other places I'm sure, to correct it.  He has replaced all the light bulbs in his house with them and said his depression is much less in the Winter now.  Have you heard of that? 

I'm trying to take off this last three pounds and it is tough!  Food is good, darn it!  Have a great day!

Judy, i do have 2 of those lamps that i use while i'm on the computer, and also one that i read by. the only problem is your suppose to use them for a couple hrs. a day, and i just don't have that kind of time in my schedule. but it does help some and i try to walk outside even when it's cold out, to soak in some light. the big thing for me is just waking up when it's dark and then it getting dark so early.   the visit with the kids went well, their suppose to move in next week, but the women who has them is saying their not ready, and just doing everything possible to drag her feet, and the "higher office" is just sitting back and letting her get by with it!  she called when they got home and the one was screaming and she blamed that on me, the child was crying mommy, mommy, now if the child was so bonded with her then why would she be crying like that when the woman was their.(besides when she came for them they cried when she made them leave)  needless to say today was one of those milk dud days, i really need to get back on track with my eating.  hope everyone is doing well!  take care

 Oh Patty, what a nasty situation you are in with the kids.  It's so sad when adult put their own needs and emotions before innocent little kids.  I hope for their benefit and yours it gets resolved very quickly.  You make me laugh with your Milk Duds addiction.  Hey, it that's the only thing you're abusing, I congratulate you.  My addictions shift with the tide, the current one is peanut butter, but then somebody told me her dad is a fire chief and he told her that they get calls about people who are choking on peanut butter.  It happens when you eat too much to fast and it gets stuck in your throat and water won't budge it.  That scared me, not enough to cut out the peanut butter, but to take little teany bites and then wait.  Heck, that would be like telling Elia to cut out the beer or slow it down.  Easy choice, huh Elita?  Cutting it out isn't an option.  Actually, fire chief said you should eat the peanut butter with bread instead of just cramming it in your mouth out of the jar, lol.

I have gained back three pounds.  Things happen.  I've ben misbehaving.  Today and tomorrow I promise to be good because Tuesday at 6:00 am I leave for New York, and I promise not to be good there.  I'll try to get back online again tomorrow from work, but once I leave Tuesday morning you won't hear from me again until the following Monday. 

These vagabond shoes are longing to stray, right through the very heart of it, New York, New York.  If I can make it there, I'll make it with alllllllli, it's up to me and the scale, the scale.

Not to worry, i will step on that dreaded scale this week and pay the consequenses!!  I will probably have a beer right after I get that shock!! I went to the pool on Saturday, had a pretty good time, only bad thing was that I sure talked more than I swam!! And yest Judy, beers a plenty too!! Hello everyone!! Buzz hon, so good to hear from you!!  I am glad that you are feeling better, hey the weight will come off!! At least you have the excuse of the meds, I hav no excuse, except my lack of will power!! Glad your still signing on.My sister called me and we discussed the PROBLEM in our family and i went to work crying and havibg to sit in the parking lot a little while to calm down.This problem is going to last at least another 4 to 6 weeks so life is just a bummer for me right now,besides  the money problem.Im glad Elvis is still alive.

Buzz i gave up on the veggies they look sick. But my morning glories are beautiful.Every day i cant wait toi see how many are out.i bought blue ones and some white ones,but some reseeded from last year so i also have some small purple ones.My land lord goes to work every morning and stops to look at them before he pulls out of the drive way.He says there his morning wake up.

Hey everyone,

the kids finally moved in today!  but i found out that she is appealing the decision, but i've decided i'm just not going to worry about it.  I feel this is one of the purpuses that God had in mind for my life.  of course i'm up here at 2am ,with my insomnia, but i figured it would give me time to check in on everyone.

judy i too enjoy peanutbutter, what i do is by the Skippy Natural peanut butter, then open up the lid, and put in a folded napkin, put the lid back on, turn it upside down in the refrig. then when i want it most of the oil is out of it, i cut up thin slices of celery and dip it in them, yes it thick and little dry that way, but with the celery sticks being thin they won't hold as much, and of course don't add much in added calories, it slows me down a little having to chew the celery with it, helps to fill you up, and counts as some veggies in addition to that peanut butter. so in the long run i eat less of it. added benefit no choking! i hope your enjoying your trip.

with all this rain my 2 low producing tomatoe plants pretty much bit the dust, but most of my flowers are still looking good.

i haven't weighed my self yet, with having 3 days of flooding in our area, didn't get out to walk, and with all the run around and hoop jumping i've had to do to get the kids moved, the stress eating kicked in, so i must weigh myself on monday. i like to give myself a few good days first so hopefully by then i'll be right where i left off, one can hope!

Hey gang, we are getting a kitten today! I am so excited. It is kind of wild, it was born in a parking garage, where my sister works, and she just fell in love with him, the other four kittens are going to be taken to the ASPCA because they have had a few kittens killed there by crazy drivers so this time my sis and her co workers are being pro active and taking the kittens away before there are any more deadly accidents.  I already went to the pet shop and spent more money than I shoul have!! Well shoot, I figure the kitty or Gongui, needs a bed, toys, food, litter and litter box, and lots of more toys!!  Wait until my sister gets the bill, she is going to kill me!! I used a credit card that is under both our names, I was not about to spend all that money by myself!!

 Hello every one.

Its saturday nite and im having a LOTR movie night by myself.My daughter went away and my other daughter didnt come home this week end.Today just for fun i washed my living room and kitchen windows and ironed my curtains and put them back up.I washed them a few weeks ago and they have been laying around.

Pat how is it going with the extra kids,i came from a family of 6 kids  so the more the merrier.i will pray things go ok with you.

Hello everyone,

On Friday, my pigmy goat Elvis passed away along with 8 baby chickens...

Our fridge can not be fixed so we have to buy a new or used one...

My hubbys water pump went out in his truck along with a few other things to fix...

I cleaned the bedroom carpet...three times now and the smell has only reached full compasitity of yuck!! It is so bad it is traveling through out the whole house.  Makes me so sick to be in there we have to pull up the carpet now!!!

And to top it all off....20 steps out my back door is an old Indian Burieal Ground.  Can you imagine how many times I have tripped over a pointy rock and not think twice about what I tripped over!!?????  I had a customer at work as me if I have dug up any of the graves in my back yard! His parents live about half a mile up the road from us and he said he used to want to with his friends just to see what they were burried with but he was too afraid to do it because of the spirits.  How crule!! I asked the land lord and he said yes, it is an old Indian Burial ground.  It doesn't bother me that I have it in my back yard.  I have always felt comfort being outside.  I made sure all the rocks were straight and I told each one I was sorry if we bothered them.  One grave calls out to me and I have the erge to lay on top of it with my arms folded.  I can't get it out of my head...Crazy or what??  Wonder if they are upset we are here, outside everyday around them playin with the chickens walking around??  I have no clue...Can you really wake up something like that.  I just have no idea...My friend at work said I better pray for the blood of Jesus to be on us and our home.  My little mind got to wondering as I had goose bumps... I counted about 8 stones they are very old.  A big stone for the head stone and a little stone for the feet?  Is that how it goes does anyone know about Indian graves and anything to do with them??  Can you really trespass???  Is there limits to the area??  For all we know there are graves all through out the back yard for miles....  I can imagine what their life must of been, living close to the spring a few miles back.  Riding horses and their homes.  Humm...I have always had the thought of being swept away by an Indian on a horse. Especially when I was little.  They were waiting for me.  Now I am here.  So why all the bad luck??
