Alli is not associated with causing anxiety or depression. People may have reported these symptoms while on orlistat, but there is no significant difference over people who have been an placebo. If you are feeling this way you need to check it out with your physician.
Effects caused by alli are time limited and would be gone after 72 hours after the last dose. Alli is minimally absorbed into the blood (less than 5%) and has no systemic effect, meaning it has no effect on the central nervous system, the heart or the brain.
