Sorry such a gross question, but I am usually a regular gal, but since being on alli I have only gone maybe once every other day and I feel bloated and constipated.  I've been on it for 3 weeks now.  I don't like this feeling.  Has anyone else experienced this?

 yep sure did when I started 56 weeks ago and believe me it improves.  Are you eating enough fat grams?  So many when they start don't.  Alli is a fat blocker and there has to be fat to block for it to work or you're wasting your money--sorry I went kind of off track there but you do need to be sure you are eating all your fat grams.  It just seems like it regulates after awhile and you'll get regular again.  Hang in there.  :-)
