    not new here

I have to say that I started the Alli plan back in october, around the last week and as of today I lost almost 20 pounds, I started at 158 and I am now at 135 maybe is more than that, but I would like to have some friends in this area, I know we all need some support and who better than someone who is in the same process that I am. so if someone wants to be my buddy, let me know.

    Hey Maria,

Have you just started posting?  I would love to be your buddy.  I have been using Alli off and on for about a year.  I lost 15 pounds initially and then stopped using about 6 months ago.  I kept the weight off until the last 2-3 months and it has started creeping back on...the big problem was that I stopped exercising.  I really could use some help with motivation.  I am still down 7 pounds from my original weight but I REALLY would love to be back in a size 8 by summer 2009.

Congrats on the 20 pounds lost so far.  You are doing great.  Besides dieting and using alli, what exercise program are you using.  I got the wii and the wii fit for Christmas this year and am hoping this will keep me exercising at home.  I actually am having a blast with the silly thing.

Have a safe New Year. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Re: not new here

     Candance,

Thank you for answered me, I was excited to see that we all are in the same situation,(trying to lose weight and feel better) like I said I started to take the Alli pills at the end of october, and I lost some weight right away, I do excercise though, I walk between 4 and 5 days a week, i bought a trademill back in january and that motivates me to keep losing weight, and if I don't use my trademill my lovely husband complains about me spending money in something I don't use. so in a way is a motivation... but my suggestion is if you have any excercise equipment use it and if you have any radio put some music turn the volume all the way up and that also motivates me. But excercise it is incredible to me how much it works and take your vitamins... Let me know how you doing and don't stop taking the Alli, we need to look pretty again!!!
